We are looking for a Custodian to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance, and general handyman duties on a short-term basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition and conduct cleaning and maintenance duties in preparation for the grand opening of the recently renovated school building.
Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and general cleaning of other debris, etc) Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements Proven working experience as a Janitor, maintenance person, facilities operator, or handyman.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Job Type:
