Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Secretary is to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
The Secretary will also be responsible for providing support to the owner, as well as other members of the Coggins Plumbing, Inc team.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible with a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work on a team and independently.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be organized with excellent time management skills and professional appearance.
Must be reliable, honest, professional, and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
