As VP of Client Success & Support, you will lead a team focused on providing world class support and helping the company achieve our revenue goals. You will report directly to the CRO and oversee all client facing strategies after a customer converts including, but not limited to, (i) onboarding, (ii) expansion, (iii) proactive support, (iv) reactive support The position is remote-friendly with offices in New York, Saskatoon & Toronto. Strategy:
You will set the strategy for our success and support teams. Our goal is to increase Net MRR retention to above 110% by the end of 2022. Your role will be to ensure the teams have clear roles, responsibilities and process to make this happen and ensuring those are distinct between our two customer segments People:
Work closely with your directors to set the tone and vision for the success and support teams, and build a high performing team focused on increasing Net MRR retention Performance:
Work with our rev ops team to ensure that proper reporting is developed, monitored and informing new strategies moving forward. Oversee and report on all KPIs to the executive team What you have:
Experience building and leading success and support teams of at least 30
people, ideally in a high growth environment or restaurant tech space (but not restricted to it) Track record of hiring and scaling teams rapidly while maintaining a strong culture Strong empathy for customers while being able to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets In-depth understanding of SaaS performance metrics and KPIs Strong executive presence and communication skills About 7shifts 7shifts is a cloud-based labor management platform designed for the restaurant industry. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
